Saint Rose Ledger — bookkeeping and inventory for small businesses

Last updated 10 February 2026

Who we are

Saint Rose Ledger ("we", "the app") is a bookkeeping and inventory app for small businesses. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can remove it. Questions: ohwokevwoemmanuel@gmail.com.

Data we collect

  • Account data — your email address, and your name and photo if you sign in with Google.
  • Business profile — business name, owner name, phone number and preferred currency, all entered by you.
  • Business records you enter — products, stock levels, product photos, sales, expenses, debts (including customer names you type) and reminders.
  • Billing data — subscription status, plan, payment references, amount, currency and payment channel. Card details are entered on Paystack's secure page and are never seen or stored by us.
  • Notification data — a push notification token for each device where you enable reminders.
  • Technical data — error logs needed to keep the app working.

How we use it

Only to run the app for you: to authenticate you, store and display your books, calculate profit, send the reminders you create, process your subscription, and provide support when you ask for it. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with data brokers.

Who processes data for us

  • Supabase — database, authentication and file storage.
  • Cloudflare — hosting and delivery of the app.
  • Google — optional Google sign-in.
  • Paystack — subscription payments (cards, bank transfer, USSD).
  • Google Play / Apple — if you subscribe through an in-app purchase on a store.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Your records are isolated per account by database row-level security, so one account can never read another account's data. Product photos are kept in a private storage bucket reachable only through short-lived signed links issued to you.

How long we keep data

Your records are kept for as long as your account exists. If your subscription lapses your data is kept in read-only mode so nothing is lost — it becomes writable again when you subscribe. Payment records may be retained where required for accounting and tax purposes.

Your rights and account deletion

You can view, edit and export your data at any time from Settings. You can delete your account permanently from Settings → Delete account. Deletion removes your profile, products, product photos, sales, expenses, debts, reminders, notification devices and subscription records. It cannot be undone. If you cannot sign in, email ohwokevwoemmanuel@gmail.com from your account address and we will delete the account within 30 days.

Children

The app is intended for business owners aged 18 and above and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date above, and notify you in the app for material changes.
