Terms of Service

Saint Rose Ledger lets you record stock, sales, expenses, debts and reminders, and shows reports and profit based on what you enter. The figures are only as accurate as the data you record; the app is a record-keeping tool and is not accounting, tax or legal advice.

You must give accurate details, keep your login secure and are responsible for activity on your account. One account is for one business owner; do not share your credentials.

New accounts get a 30-day free trial with full access. No payment details are needed to start the trial.

After the trial a subscription is required to keep adding and editing records. Prices are shown in the app before you pay and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Payments are processed by Paystack, or by Google Play or Apple if you subscribe through an in-app purchase.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage billing (or through your store account for in-app purchases). Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Your data is never deleted for non-payment. The app switches to read-only: you can still open, read, export and print everything, but you cannot add or edit records until you subscribe again.

Paystack payments are refundable within 7 days of a charge if the app has not been substantially used in that period — email ohwokevwoemmanuel@gmail.com. Purchases made through Google Play or the App Store are refunded under that store's policy.

Do not use the app for unlawful activity, do not attempt to access other users' data, break security controls, reverse-engineer the service, or resell it without written permission.

We work to keep the app available and backed up, but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Keep your own copies of critical records using the export feature.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, and will tell you why where we lawfully can.
